Our Staff

Anna S.

Anna is our Licensed Veterinary Technician. She joined Pine City Vet in 2010 with a B.S. in Animal Science from Auburn University. She then continued to earn her degree in Veterinary Technology from Jefferson State Community College and obtain her veterinary technician license in 2012. Anna is married with two children, Emelia and Elliot. She shares her home with: 1 dog named Poppy and 2 cats. She enjoys spending quality time with family and friends more than anything.

Christina A.

Christina joined our staff in 2016. She is married and has two girls, Gabby and Bella. Christina is a 2006 Leroy High School graduate and has studied at Penn Foster College in the veterinary assistant program. She has three dogs, Bud, Lily, and Nate.

Tammy B.

Tammy joined our office staff in September of 2019 as a customer service representative. She and her husband Billy have been married for 35 years. They have four grown children, and four grandchildren. Tammy is expecting their fifth grandchild in April of 2024. Tammy enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has one cat named Mama Cat. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, involved in her church, enjoys working in her yard.

Anna Kate J.

Anna Kate became a member of the team at Pine City Vet in April of 2021. She studied Equine Science at Judson College and has plans to get her Veterinary Technician License at Coastal Alabama Community College. Anna Kate’s pet family includes a Doberman named Finn, a domestic shorthair cat named Toad, and Quarter horses Solo and Sonny. She enjoys horse riding and barrel racing.

Joseph M.

Joseph has been a fixture at Pine City Vet for many years, and officially began working as an assistant in September of 2023. He is currently enrolled at Liberty University where he is majoring in Education with a minor in Science. He has more than 10 years of experience in the pet related field including two years in a pet store. Joseph's many pets include three German shepherds, Thalia, Nox, and Cobalt; three cats, Copper, Ginger, and Kallie; more than 30 reptiles, four aquariums, and a goldfish pond. In his spare time, Joseph enjoys gardening, reading, going herping, and creating enclosures/habitats for his exotics and fish.
